Gemini Wind Park
The Gemini Wind Park is a large offshore wind farm located in the North Sea, near the coast of Netherlands. It has a total capacity of 600 megawatts, making it one of the largest wind parks in the world. The project consists of 150 wind turbines, each capable of generating 4 megawatts of electricity.
Operational since 2017, the Gemini Wind Park plays a significant role in promoting renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions. It is designed to provide clean energy to approximately 785,000 households, contributing to the European Union's goals for sustainable energy production.
