Gamma Herculis is a star located in the constellation Hercules. It is classified as a giant star, specifically a type A0 III, and is approximately 75 light-years away from Earth. With a brightness of about 2.8 magnitude, it is one of the more prominent stars in its constellation.
This star is part of a binary system, meaning it has a companion star orbiting around it. Gamma Herculis is also known for its relatively high temperature, estimated to be around 10,000 Kelvin, which gives it a bluish-white color.
