G.R.L.
G.R.L. was an American girl group formed in 2013, originally consisting of five members: Emmalyn Estrada, Lauren Bennett, Natasha Bedingfield, Paula Van Oppen, and Janelle Ralla. The group was created by Robin Antin, known for founding the Pussycat Dolls. G.R.L. aimed to empower women through their music and performances.
The group gained popularity with their hit single "Vacation," released in 2014. Tragically, member Simone Battle passed away in 2014, which deeply affected the group. Despite this loss, G.R.L. continued to perform and release music, focusing on themes of strength and resilience.
