Gásadalur Village
Gásadalur Village is a small settlement located on the island of Vágar in the Faroe Islands. It is known for its stunning natural scenery, including dramatic cliffs and waterfalls. The village has a population of around 18 residents and is famous for its picturesque views of the surrounding landscape, including the nearby Múlagljúfur canyon.
Access to Gásadalur was historically limited, but a tunnel was completed in 2002, making it easier for visitors to reach the village. The village is also home to the iconic Múlagljúfur Waterfall, which cascades down the cliffs, attracting photographers and nature enthusiasts alike.
