Fun Boy Three
Fun Boy Three was a British band formed in 1981 by three former members of the ska group The Specials: Terry Hall, Neville Staple, and Lynval Golding. They were known for their unique blend of pop, ska, and new wave music, which set them apart from other bands of the era. Their debut single, "The Lunatics (Have Taken Over the Asylum)," showcased their distinctive sound and lyrical style.
The band released several successful singles and albums during their brief career, including "It Ain't What You Do (It's the Way That You Do It)" and "Our Lips Are Sealed." Fun Boy Three disbanded in 1983, but their influence on the music scene continued, inspiring future artists in the ska and pop genres.
