Friedrich I of Prussia
Friedrich I of Prussia, also known as Friedrich I, was the first King of Prussia, reigning from 1701 until his death in 1713. He was born on July 11, 1657, and was the Elector of Brandenburg before becoming king. His reign marked the elevation of the Margraviate of Brandenburg to the Kingdom of Prussia, establishing a significant power in Europe.
Friedrich I was known for his efforts to promote culture and the arts, as well as for his military ambitions. He played a crucial role in the Great Northern War and sought to strengthen the Hohenzollern dynasty's influence in the region.
