Fred C. Koch
Fred C. Koch was an American engineer and businessman, born on September 23, 1910, in Quanah, Texas. He co-founded the Koch Industries, one of the largest privately held companies in the United States, known for its involvement in various industries, including oil refining, chemicals, and energy.
Koch graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a degree in chemical engineering. He played a significant role in developing innovative refining technologies, which contributed to the growth of his company and the broader oil industry. Fred C. Koch passed away on July 17, 1967.
