Frank Pakenham
Frank Pakenham, also known as the 7th Earl of Longford, was a British politician, writer, and social reformer born on August 2, 1905. He was a member of the Labour Party and served in the House of Lords. Pakenham was known for his advocacy of social justice and his work on various reform issues, including prison reform and education.
In addition to his political career, Pakenham was an accomplished author, writing several books on history and politics. He was also a prominent figure in the British aristocracy, being part of a family with a long lineage. Pakenham passed away on January 4, 2001.
