Frédéric Joliot-Curie
Frédéric Joliot-Curie was a French physicist born on March 19, 1900. He is best known for his work in nuclear physics and for being a pioneer in the field of artificial radioactivity. Along with his wife, Irène Joliot-Curie, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1935 for their discovery of new radioactive elements.
