Force Balance
Force balance refers to the condition in which all the forces acting on an object are equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, resulting in no net force. This means that the object remains at rest or continues to move at a constant velocity, as described by Newton's First Law of Motion.
In practical terms, force balance is crucial in various fields, such as engineering and physics, to ensure stability and safety. For example, in a bridge, the forces from the weight of the structure and the load it carries must be balanced by the forces from the supports to prevent collapse.
