A football pitch is a large, rectangular field where the game of football is played. It is typically made of grass or artificial turf and measures about 100 to 110 meters long and 64 to 75 meters wide. The pitch is marked with lines that define the boundaries, center circle, penalty area, and goal areas, helping players and referees understand the rules of the game.
At each end of the pitch, there are two goals where teams try to score points by getting the football into the opposing goal. The pitch is divided into two halves, allowing for strategic play and teamwork as players pass, dribble, and shoot to win the match.
