Fog Light
Fog lights are specialized automotive lights designed to illuminate the road immediately in front of a vehicle during foggy, rainy, or snowy conditions. Unlike standard headlights, which shine straight ahead, fog lights are mounted lower on the vehicle and emit a wide, flat beam of light. This design helps reduce the amount of light that reflects off the fog, rain, or snow, improving visibility for the driver.
Typically, fog lights are used in conjunction with low beam headlights and are not intended for use in clear conditions. They can be found on many vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs, and are often integrated into the vehicle's lighting system. Proper use of fog lights enhances safety while driving in adverse weather conditions.
