Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg
Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg, also known as BER, is the main international airport serving Berlin, Germany. It officially opened on October 31, 2020, after years of construction delays. The airport is located about 18 kilometers southeast of the city center and serves as a hub for both domestic and international flights.
BER features three terminals, designed to accommodate around 40 million passengers annually. The airport aims to provide modern facilities and efficient services, including shops, restaurants, and transportation options. It replaces the older airports, Tegel and Schönefeld, streamlining air travel for visitors to Berlin.
