Flag of Kuwait
The Flag of Kuwait features three horizontal stripes of green, white, and red, with a black trapezoid on the left side. The green stripe represents fertility, the white symbolizes peace, and the red stands for bravery. The black trapezoid signifies the defeat of the enemy.
Adopted on September 7, 1961, the flag was designed to reflect the Arab heritage and the values of the Kuwaiti people. The colors are inspired by the Pan-Arab colors, which are commonly associated with Arab nationalism and unity.
