Fight Or Flight Response
The "Fight or Flight Response" is a physiological reaction that occurs in response to perceived threats. When faced with danger, the body releases hormones like adrenaline and cortisol, which prepare it to either confront the threat (fight) or escape from it (flight). This response increases heart rate, blood pressure, and energy supplies, allowing for quick reactions.
This response is an evolutionary survival mechanism that helps humans and animals react to danger. It activates the sympathetic nervous system, which triggers various bodily changes, such as heightened senses and improved strength, enabling individuals to respond effectively to life-threatening situations.
