Fernando Meirelles
Fernando Meirelles is a Brazilian film director, producer, and screenwriter, best known for his work on the critically acclaimed film City of God (2002). Born on November 9, 1955, in São Paulo, Brazil, he gained international recognition for his unique storytelling style and ability to depict social issues through cinema.
