Federazione Italiana Tennis
The Federazione Italiana Tennis (FIT) is the governing body for tennis in Italy. Established in 1894, it oversees the organization and promotion of tennis activities across the country. FIT is responsible for managing national tournaments, training programs, and the development of players at all levels, from amateurs to professionals.
In addition to managing domestic competitions, the FIT represents Italy in international events, including the prestigious Davis Cup and Fed Cup. The federation also works to promote tennis among youth and encourages participation through various initiatives and partnerships with local clubs and schools.
