Federal Judicial Center
The Federal Judicial Center is the research and education agency for the United States federal courts. Established in 1967, its primary mission is to provide training and resources for judges and court personnel to enhance the administration of justice. The Center conducts research on various aspects of the federal judiciary and develops educational programs to improve court operations.
In addition to training, the Federal Judicial Center produces publications and resources that inform judges and the public about the federal court system. It also plays a role in developing policies and practices that promote efficiency and fairness in the judicial process.
