Fatty Tumors
Fatty tumors, also known as lipomas, are benign growths made up of fat cells. They typically appear as soft, movable lumps under the skin and can vary in size. While they are generally harmless and painless, some people may choose to have them removed for cosmetic reasons or if they cause discomfort.
These tumors can occur anywhere on the body but are most commonly found on the torso, arms, and thighs. Lipomas are usually diagnosed through physical examination, and imaging tests like ultrasound or MRI may be used if necessary. Treatment is not always required unless they become bothersome.
