Faster-Than-Light
"Faster-Than-Light" (FTL) refers to the concept of traveling faster than the speed of light, which is approximately 299,792 kilometers per second in a vacuum. According to Einstein's theory of relativity, nothing with mass can reach or exceed this speed, as it would require infinite energy. FTL travel remains a theoretical idea, often explored in science fiction.
In theoretical physics, various concepts like wormholes and warp drives have been proposed as potential methods for FTL travel. These ideas suggest shortcuts through space-time or manipulating space itself, but they remain speculative and have not been realized in practice.
