Fakaofo
Fakaofo is one of the atolls in the Tokelau group, located in the South Pacific Ocean. It consists of a ring of coral reefs surrounding a lagoon and is known for its beautiful beaches and rich marine life. The atoll is home to a small population, primarily engaged in fishing and subsistence agriculture.
The main settlement on Fakaofo is also called Fakaofo, where residents live in traditional houses. The atoll has a unique culture influenced by Polynesian traditions, and its community is closely knit. Access to Fakaofo is limited, with transportation primarily by boat from other Tokelau atolls.
