F-Class
F-Class is a competitive shooting discipline that focuses on long-range precision shooting. It originated in the 1990s and is popular among marksmen who use specialized rifles and ammunition to hit targets at distances typically ranging from 300 to 1,000 yards. The competition emphasizes accuracy and consistency, with shooters often using bipods and rear bags for stability.
In F-Class, there are two main categories: F-Open and F-TR. F-Open allows the use of any type of rifle and optics, while F-TR restricts shooters to using a .308 Winchester caliber rifle and iron sights or limited optics. Both categories require skill and practice to excel in the sport.
