Expedition 10
Expedition 10 was a mission to the International Space Station (ISS) that took place from October 2004 to April 2005. The crew consisted of NASA astronaut Leroy Chiao and Russian cosmonauts Salizhan Sharipov and Sergei Krikalev. Their primary objectives included conducting scientific research, performing maintenance on the ISS, and supporting ongoing operations.
During their six-month stay, the crew completed over 30 experiments in various fields, including biology and materials science. They also participated in spacewalks to upgrade the station's systems and equipment, contributing to the long-term sustainability of the ISS for future missions.
