Eurydice is a character from Greek mythology, known primarily for her tragic love story with Orpheus. She was a beautiful nymph who married Orpheus, a gifted musician. Unfortunately, their happiness was short-lived when Eurydice died from a snake bite, plunging Orpheus into deep sorrow.
Determined to bring her back, Orpheus ventured into the Underworld, using his enchanting music to persuade Hades, the god of the dead, to release her. Hades agreed but set one condition: Orpheus must not look back at Eurydice until they reached the surface. Tragically, he looked back too soon, losing her forever.
