European lobsters
European lobsters are large marine crustaceans found primarily in the northeastern Atlantic Ocean. They have a hard shell that is typically dark blue or greenish-brown, and they can grow up to 24 inches long. These lobsters are known for their long antennae and powerful claws, which they use for defense and capturing prey.
European lobsters inhabit rocky seabeds and are often found at depths of up to 150 meters. They are nocturnal hunters, feeding on fish, mollusks, and other small marine animals. Due to their popularity in cuisine, particularly in France and the United Kingdom, they are often harvested commercially.
