European handball
European handball is a fast-paced team sport played on a rectangular court. Each team consists of seven players, including a goalkeeper. The objective is to score goals by throwing a ball into the opponent's net. Players can use any part of their body above the knee to pass, dribble, or shoot the ball.
The game is played in two 30-minute halves, with teams switching sides at halftime. European handball emphasizes teamwork, strategy, and agility, making it popular in many countries, especially in Europe. Major competitions include the EHF European Championship and the IHF World Championship.
