European Volleyball Confederation
The European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) is the governing body for volleyball in Europe. Established in 1963, it oversees the organization and promotion of volleyball and beach volleyball competitions across the continent. The CEV is responsible for the development of the sport, ensuring fair play, and supporting national federations.
The CEV organizes major events, including the CEV European Championships and the CEV Champions League. It also works to enhance the visibility of volleyball through various initiatives and partnerships. The confederation aims to foster growth and participation in volleyball at all levels, from grassroots to elite competitions.
