Eric Reid
Eric Reid is a professional American football player known for his role as a safety in the National Football League (NFL). He was born on December 10, 1991, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Reid played college football at Louisiana State University (LSU) before being drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft.
Throughout his career, Reid has been recognized for his strong defensive skills and versatility on the field. He gained additional attention for his activism, particularly for kneeling during the national anthem alongside Colin Kaepernick to protest racial injustice and police brutality. Reid has played for several teams, including the Carolina Panthers.
