English football leagues
English football leagues are organized competitions where professional football clubs compete against each other. The top tier is the Premier League, known for its high level of play and international popularity. Below the Premier League are several divisions, including the EFL Championship, League One, and League Two, which form the English Football League (EFL).
Each league has a system of promotion and relegation, meaning that the best-performing teams can move up to a higher league, while the lowest-performing teams may drop down. This structure keeps the competition exciting and allows clubs from different levels to compete for success each season.
