Ellen G. White
Ellen G. White (1827-1915) was a prominent American author and religious leader, known for her role in the founding of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. She is considered a prophetess by her followers and wrote extensively on various topics, including health, education, and spirituality. Her writings have had a significant influence on the beliefs and practices of the Adventist community.
Throughout her life, White published more than 5,000 articles and 40 books, many of which are still in circulation today. Her work emphasized the importance of a holistic approach to health, including diet and lifestyle choices, which contributed to the establishment of the Adventist Health System.
