Eleonora of Toledo
Eleonora of Toledo was a prominent figure in the 16th century, born in 1522 in Florence, Italy. She was the daughter of Cosimo I de' Medici, the Grand Duke of Tuscany, and became the wife of Fernando Álvarez de Toledo, the Duke of Alba. Eleonora played a significant role in the political and cultural life of her time, known for her intelligence and strong character.
