Electric Circuits
An electric circuit is a closed loop that allows electric current to flow. It consists of various components, including a power source like a battery, conductors such as wires, and devices like light bulbs or resistors that use the electricity. When the circuit is complete, electricity can travel from the power source, through the components, and back, enabling them to function.
Circuits can be classified as either series or parallel. In a series circuit, all components are connected in a single path, so if one part fails, the entire circuit stops working. In a parallel circuit, components are connected across multiple paths, allowing them to operate independently even if one fails.
