Edward Bok
Edward Bok was a Dutch-American author and editor, born on October 9, 1863, in the Netherlands. He immigrated to the United States with his family when he was a child. Bok is best known for his work as the editor of the popular magazine Ladies' Home Journal, where he promoted various social causes and encouraged readers to improve their lives.
In addition to his editorial work, Bok was a philanthropist who contributed to various educational and cultural initiatives.
