EB-5 Visa
The EB-5 Visa is a U.S. immigration program that allows foreign investors to obtain a green card by investing in a new commercial enterprise. To qualify, an investor must invest at least $1 million, or $500,000 in a targeted employment area, which is typically a rural or high-unemployment area. The investment must create or preserve at least ten full-time jobs for U.S. workers.
This visa program aims to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment. After a successful investment and job creation, investors and their immediate family members can apply for permanent residency in the United States.
