Doug Clifford
Doug Clifford is an American musician best known as the drummer for the rock band Creedence Clearwater Revival. Born on April 24, 1945, in Palo Alto, California, he co-founded the band in 1967, which became famous for its unique blend of rock, blues, and country music.
Clifford's drumming style contributed significantly to the band's sound, helping them achieve numerous hits during the late 1960s and early 1970s. After the band disbanded in 1972, he continued to work in music, collaborating with various artists and participating in reunion projects related to Creedence Clearwater Revival.
