Dominique Wilkins
Dominique Wilkins is a former professional basketball player, widely regarded as one of the greatest scorers in the history of the NBA. He played primarily for the Atlanta Hawks and was known for his incredible athleticism and powerful dunks. Wilkins was a nine-time NBA All-Star and won the NBA Slam Dunk Contest twice, showcasing his remarkable leaping ability.
Born on January 12, 1960, in Paris, France, Wilkins played college basketball at the University of Georgia before being selected third overall in the 1982 NBA Draft. Over his 15-year career, he scored over 26,000 points and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2006.
