Districts of Serbia
Serbia is divided into several administrative units known as districts. There are 29 districts in total, each serving as a local government area. These districts are further grouped into regions, which help in organizing the country's administrative structure.
Each district has its own unique characteristics, including cultural heritage, economic activities, and geographical features. Major districts include Belgrade, the capital, known for its vibrant urban life, and Novi Sad, famous for the EXIT Festival. The districts play a crucial role in local governance and development across Serbia.
