Differentiated Integration
Differentiated Integration is a concept in the context of the European Union (EU) that allows some member states to integrate more deeply than others. This approach recognizes that not all countries are ready or willing to participate in every aspect of EU policies, enabling a flexible framework for cooperation.
For example, while some countries may adopt the Euro as their currency, others may choose to retain their national currencies. This flexibility helps accommodate diverse political, economic, and social conditions among member states, promoting unity while respecting individual differences.
