The Derek Trucks Band is an American rock band formed in 1994, led by guitarist Derek Trucks, who is known for his slide guitar technique and blues-influenced style. The band gained recognition for their energetic live performances and released several albums, such as "Out of the Madness" and "Songlines." In 2010, the band disbanded, and Trucks went on to co-found the Tedeschi Trucks Band with his wife, Susan Tedeschi, continuing to explore their musical passions.
