Denim Manufacturing
Denim manufacturing involves the production of denim fabric, primarily used for making jeans and other clothing. The process begins with the selection of cotton fibers, which are spun into yarn. This yarn is then dyed, typically using indigo, and woven into a sturdy fabric through a process called twill weaving, which gives denim its characteristic diagonal ribbing.
After the fabric is created, it undergoes various finishing processes, such as washing and distressing, to achieve different looks and textures. Finally, the denim is cut and sewn into garments, often incorporating features like pockets and zippers to enhance functionality and style.
