Dealing (Transaction)
Dealing, or a transaction, refers to the process of exchanging goods, services, or money between parties. This can occur in various settings, such as retail stores, online marketplaces, or financial institutions. Each transaction typically involves an agreement on the price and terms of the exchange.
In a transaction, both parties must fulfill their obligations for it to be successful. For example, the seller must provide the agreed-upon item, while the buyer must pay the specified amount. Transactions can be simple, like buying a product at a store, or complex, involving multiple parties and contracts, such as in real estate deals.
