Dave Koz is an American saxophonist known for his smooth jazz music. Born on July 27, 1963, in Los Angeles, California, he began playing the saxophone at a young age and later attended UCLA to study mass communications. Over the years, he has released numerous albums and received several Grammy nominations. In addition to his solo career, Koz has collaborated with various artists across different genres, including Kenny G and Boney James. He is also known for his work in the music industry as a radio host and for organizing the annual Dave Koz & Friends Christmas Tour.
