Dave Baksh is a Canadian musician and songwriter, best known as the lead guitarist for the punk rock band Sum 41. He joined the band in 1996 and contributed to their early success, including popular albums like All Killer No Filler and Does This Look Infected?. His guitar work and songwriting played a significant role in shaping the band's sound. In addition to his work with Sum 41, Baksh has also pursued solo projects and collaborated with other artists. He briefly left the band in 2006 to explore different musical styles but returned in 2015, continuing to influence the punk rock scene.
