Dartford Bridge
Dartford Bridge, officially known as the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge, is a cable-stayed bridge located in Dartford, England. It spans the River Thames and connects the M25 motorway to the A282 road. Opened in 1991, the bridge was built to ease traffic congestion on the older Dartford Crossing and improve transport links in the region.
The bridge is approximately 1,450 meters long and features a central span of 1,000 meters. It is an important part of the UK's road network, facilitating the movement of vehicles across the river and contributing to the economic development of the surrounding areas.
