Dario Franchitti
Dario Franchitti is a retired Scottish racing driver known for his success in IndyCar racing. Born on May 19, 1973, in Edinburgh, Scotland, he won the prestigious Indianapolis 500 race three times, in 2007, 2010, and 2012. Franchitti's career spanned over a decade, during which he secured four IndyCar Series championships.
In addition to his achievements in IndyCar, Franchitti also competed in Formula One and sports car racing. He is recognized for his skillful driving and strategic racing style. After retiring in 2013 due to injuries from a crash, he has remained involved in motorsports as a commentator and team advisor.
