Danish Ice Hockey Union
The Danish Ice Hockey Union (DIU) is the governing body for ice hockey in Denmark. Established in 1964, it oversees the development and promotion of the sport at all levels, from youth leagues to professional teams. The DIU is responsible for organizing national competitions and managing the Danish national ice hockey team.
The union also works to improve coaching, officiating, and player development across the country. It collaborates with international organizations, such as the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), to ensure that Danish ice hockey meets global standards and participates in international competitions.
