Daniel Barry
Daniel Barry is an American astronaut and physician. He was born on July 30, 1954, in Montclair, New Jersey. Barry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Dartmouth College and later received his medical degree from Tufts University. He joined NASA in 1992 and has flown on three space shuttle missions.
During his time at NASA, Barry participated in various scientific experiments and contributed to the development of space technology. He has logged over 600 hours in space and has also worked as a researcher and educator. After retiring from NASA, he continued to be involved in the fields of medicine and aerospace.
