Daily Stand-Up
A "Daily Stand-Up" is a short, focused meeting commonly used in agile project management, particularly in software development. It typically lasts 15 minutes and allows team members to share updates on their work, discuss any obstacles, and plan for the day ahead. The goal is to enhance communication and collaboration among team members.
During the stand-up, each participant usually answers three questions: What did I accomplish yesterday? What will I work on today? Are there any blockers? This format helps keep the team aligned and ensures that everyone is aware of each other's progress and challenges, fostering a supportive work environment.
