Dacian Cioloș is a Romanian politician and agronomist, born on July 27, 1969. He served as the Prime Minister of Romania from November 2015 to January 2017. Cioloș is known for his focus on agricultural policies and rural development, having previously held the position of European Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development from 2010 to 2014.
