DAP Terms
DAP Terms refer to the conditions and agreements related to the delivery of goods under the Incoterms rules, specifically the term "Delivered at Place." This means that the seller is responsible for all costs and risks associated with transporting the goods to a specified location, including export duties and transportation fees.
Under DAP Terms, the seller must ensure that the goods are delivered ready for unloading at the buyer's designated place. The buyer, on the other hand, is responsible for import duties and any further transportation costs once the goods arrive. This arrangement helps clarify responsibilities in international trade.
